Kinder – Kinder 4 en la Huerta
Kinder 4 ha estado trabajando en la huerta. Prepararon el suelo, y luego plantaron lechuga, tomate, acelga y muchas otras semillas.
A los alumnos les encanta regar las plantas, comprobar si crecieron, con la esperanza de que puedan cosecharlos pronto.
Durante esta unidad aprendieron sobre los deberes del agricultor y sobre las diferentes necesidades de las plantas durante su crecimiento. Los niños experimentaron estar en la naturaleza y cuidar de cosas vivas.
Se divirtieron y comieron uno o dos vegetalales, pero lo que realmente aprendieron de cavar en la tierra fue la curiosidad, la paciencia, la coordinación ojo-mano, la clasificación, los científicos en ciernes, la observación, la clasificación y más.

Kinder 4 has been working in the vegetable garden. They prepared the soil, and then they planted lettuce, tomato, chard and many other seeds.
They love to water the plants, check if they grew, hoping they can harvest them soon!
During this unit they learnt about farmer´s duties and about the different needs of growing plants. Kids experienced being in nature and taking care of living things.
They had fun and ate a vegetable or two but what they really learnt from digging in the dirt was curiosity, patience, eye-hand coordination, classification, budding scientists, observation, sorting counting and more.
