Junior – Junior Drama Club: Cats
Los alumnos del Junior Drama Club se lucieron en el estreno de un clásico; CATS. Este musical está inspirado en Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, un libro de poemas de T.S. Eliot, con música de Andrew Lloyd Webber. Cats es espectacular, con canciones que se han convertido en clásicos. ‘Memory’ es uno de los temas más conocidos de los musicales de todos los tiempos. Uno de los momentos más emotivos la obra fue cuando las solistas la interpretaron con sentimiento y precisión. Nuestros jóvenes actores con vestuario y maquillajes increíbles saltaban y bailaban armoniosamente como gatos verdaderos.
Alumnos del Backstage Workshop de Middle y Senior School fueron los responsables del maquillaje artístico, tan perfecto que nos costaba reconocer a nuestros alumnos. Una explosión de color, movimiento, música y talento difícil de olvidar.

Our Junior Drama Club students showed off at the premiere of a classic; CATS. This musical is inspired by Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, a book of poems by T.S. Eliot, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Cats is spectacular, some of its songs have become classics. ‘Memory’ is one of the best known themes of musicals of all times. One of the most moving moments of the play was when the soloists interpreted it with feeling and precision. Our young actors with funny costumes and perfect make-up effects, jumped and danced like real cats.
Students from the Backstage Workshop of Middle and Senior School were responsible for the artistic makeup, which was so perfect that it was difficult to recognize our own students. I was an unforgettable explosion of color, movement, music and talent.
